Deposit
To secure a booking a deposit of 25% is required. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
Please see Rental Agreement above.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $350us will be required to cover breakages or damages. It will be returned at the end of your stay PROVIDING there are no lost or damaged items.

RENTAL RATES
LOW SEASON:
- $60 us nightly per person
HIGH SEASON:
- $65 us nightly per person
Children 5-10yrs are 1/2 of the above adult rate each.
Minimum stay 6 nights
Weekly prices for each season:

LOW SEASON
50 ntly ppn $350 wk
